The mission
As a team you need to create two revolutionary dishes...
DISH ONE
This savoury dish will champion sustainable nutrition. Ruthless simplicity is everything – you are creating food which is good for people and planet.
You can choose to elevate a classic or reimagine something contemporary. What the judges will be looking is where you incorporate your regional hero, using ingredients that tell a story of craft, creativity and community.
DISH TWO
Dark chocolate is your hero ingredient for this sweet dish. We want you to create a dessert that celebrates the seasons and delivers a true wow factor.
Be playful, expressive and bold – a sweet that delights the senses, reflects team creativity and vision for the future of food.
